Privacy Policy

Each translation order is placed with the Chartered Translator Beatrix Mett BA (Hons) MA FCIL CL. This privacy policy sets out how your personal data is kept confidential.

The following types of personally identifiable information: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, method of payment and information about your interests and use of various translation services may be requested. Whenever the identity of a visitor is requested, the purpose of the inquiry shall be clearly explained before the information is required.

E-mails are only distributed to persons or companies, who have explicitly requested it. Your translation orders and specific requests are considered as valid agreements for email correspondences.

A strict “no-spam” policy is being maintained in compliance with the Code of Conduct with the Chartered Institute of Linguists, your email address shall not be sold, leased or otherwise given to any third-party organisation.
If you place a translation order with us, we shall request your name, email address, mailing address, method of payment in writing. This allows us to process your translation order or invoice for pre-payments. Terms and conditions are available on request.
